I’m about to disappear for two and a half weeks.
I won’t update this blog while I’m away because I’m one of those old-fashioned people who can bear – and actually want – to be parted from technology.
Why am I going “smugly”? Because my children are older at last. Holidays are no longer the hell they once were.
